Who Builds The Best Lower Receiver?

I am asked this question a gazillion times a day. The following are the six largest manufacturers

and whom use their product. The difference? “The Name on the Lower

Lewis Machine & Tool =   LMT,  Lauer,  DS Arms,  PWA,  Eagle,  Armalite,  Knights Armament,  and Barrett

Continental Machine Tool =     Stag,  Rock River Arms,  High Standard, Noveske. Century, Global Tactical,
CLE,  S&W,  MGI,  Wilson Tactical,  Grenadier Precision, and Colt

LAR Manufacturing =     LAR,  Bushmaster,  Ameetec,  DPMS,  CMMG,  Double Star,  Fulton Armory, and Spike's Tactical

Mega Machine Shop =   Mega,  GSE,  Dalphon,  POF, and Alexander Arms

Superior =     Superior Arms, and Lauer.

Aero Precision =     Aero Precision, Surplus Arms, and Palmetto State Armory.

Surprised? I get a kick out of some LE that can only have Rock River or Colt per say, but not Stag because of some regulation someone has deemed policy.

We Broke Out Of The Assembly Line Group

We at Ammodump Int. LLC have decided to use our own brand of Lower and Upper receivers.
The reason for this action, enables us to control every aspect of our firearm. Well, other than the barrels.
Our Barrels are top quality manufactured in the USA as all our components are. The wiggle waggle between the upper and lower just got to be too much for our company. No way will I install a rubber doohicky between my upper and lower in order to get the wiggle waggle out.. We thought we could do better, and by golly, we have.

Please note! Our warranty is a lifetime warranty on the lower Receiver, and a 1-year warranty on the upper.  We as a company have decided we will no longer warranty any of our firearms by using Re-Loaded ammunition. I understand you make the very best ammunition there is in the whole wide world, however re-loaded ammunition is the number ONE problem we have had with our firearms. Also!!! Steel ammunition is not to be used in our .308 firearms.

Examples: Customer drove 70 miles one way complaining of a live round and a stuck bolt. A smack

With a rubber hammer on the Charging Handle (the over fat round extracted with no problem to the firearm. The customer was happy as a clam. And the list goes on with re-loaded ammunition.

Bad Ammo: A round blew out at the rear of the round, that blew out the bottom of the magazine and

Ruptured another round in the magazine. Be careful ammo is cheap and our customers are precious,

You can never be replaced. We have found some rounds over .020 out of round, our matched grade barrels can not handle that. Remember, Accuracy is the most important aspect of our firearms.

These Are But A Few Problems I Have Found
With Reloaded Ammunition

The bullet caused the owner to miss a really great deer according to the customer.  That round also ruined the Magazine, the Bolt ejector, and extractor.

This little booger caused several more problems, See below.

As you can see, the Extractor and the Ejector are no longer working. That’s a reloaded round just stuck into the bolt That just could not be repaired. The pressure just ruined the whole face of the bolt, the Firing pin was bent, the gas block was full of Brass. And that was just the easy stuff to find. “The Bolt Was Also Bent” The Magazine was blown out AND a round blew in the Magazine.

We repaired the firearm for the Customer, with that said, He will never use Re-Loaded ammo again.

Should you live in Florida, and or Texas, we can meet at any of the Gun Shows we work. One must fill out the form 4473 and pass the FDLE or NIC’s “Florida Division Law Enforcement” Call in. A Rifle or a Shot Gun may be taken by the customer

All Laws of your State and Federal must be met before we will ship any firearm.

There are some States We as a company have chosen not to sell anything at all. Some of these States include

California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Delaware, Washington State, DC. Oregon, Cook County Illinois, Michigan

New York State, Connecticut, and now, Colorado. Please, do not ask. We are truly sorry, however, it is impossible
for us to keep up with these individual State laws, anyone dumb enough to Vote a Democrat into any office,

How Long Interested In Firearms

Hi Mr. George; I met you in Jacksonville last weekend and just have to know when you became interested in Firearms?   Ralph.

I have always been interested in Firearms; I was brought up in a time when a typical boy played in the woods, learned how to shoot and most of us were interested in anything that made a loud noise. At 10 years old I decided I wanted a shotgun, I brought my dad to Montgomery Wards and showed him the firearm I wanted. Dad told me that if and when, I had enough money saved up I could purchase that shotgun.

I had my own business delivering newspapers since I was 8 years old and had two employees working for me, as I had expanded to over 200 customers. On Friday after school I would collect my paper rout and go home. I would pick up my .22 carbine and walk to Davio’s pharmacy about three miles away from my house, pick up a box of .22 short and head for the house. When I hi the County line there were no pine cones safe all the way home. Anyway, little did my dad know I had most of the money needed for the purchase of my first firearm. Three weeks later, I walked out of Montgomery Wards with a brand new 12 Gage shot gun on my shoulder and a box of birdshot in my hand. I walked home with visions of bagging Tigers, Bear, lions, and other wonderful creatures. Imagine a 10 year old doing this today.

As I aged somewhere around 12 or 13, my interest in firearms grew. My cousin fresh from Korea brought home a mangled Sten Machinegun (made in China by the way) and gave it to me. I looked at that firearm for a good hour or so it didn’t look that complicated to me, it was just the frame/receiver that was mangled (ran over by a tank). The rest of the stuff that makes it work looked good. I decided I would make it work again how complicated can it be, right? Finding the Frame/receiver was the difficult part. While on a hunting weekend, I found a junked out piece of tail pipe from a Packard automobile that had just the right inside diameter, I made all the cuts needed to fit all the parts that made the thing work. Then it was time to test this firearm. No ammunition to be found anywhere in my city. I received many flyers from a New Jersey Company boasting of having all these beautiful used firearms from all these countries from all around the world and at the very bottom, I saw this advertisement “9MM ammunition from Britton for $9.00 per thousand rounds”. When that package arrived, I thought I had died and gone to heaven.

Dad and Cousin came with me to fire this thing; Mother said a prayer and kissed her son goodbye. I shouldered the short firearm pulled the trigger and 29 rounds shot out of that beautiful specimen of a firearm, I was hooked. The next day, I was told by my friend and customer Captain of the Police force that I would have to register that firearm with the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) and it would cost me $200.00 to do this. I was heart broken, where on earth would I get $200.00 dollars? The Captain told me I could keep the firearm until I shot up the 9MM ammunition I had left. I lied, I told the Captain I had more ammunition on the way, The Captain told me I could shoot those rounds also however I would then have to bring the machine-gun to the Police Station when finished. The following 30 days came quickly. I sadly hand carried the firearm to the Police Station and gave it to the another of my customers, the Chief of police “try doing that today, and survive”

I entered in the Marine Corps simply because they were tougher then the rest of the armed forces and I wanted to be one of them. At 119 lbs I marched into Paris Island carrying almost as much weight as I weighed and never looked back. They knew all about firearms and I learned everything they would teach me. I shot everything I could get my hands on. We found a Boy’s in Vietnam along with about 2000 rounds. A boy’s was introduced shortly after the First World War and was obsolete when it came out. This beast shot a .55 Caliber round bigger than our 50 Caliber we now use. This firearm is mounted on a sled as it weighs bunches. I had to shoot the thing, I fired a round at a tree, the tree fell about two feet from where I was laying knocked back about three feet from the recoil, I thought my head may have been split in two, having survived that episode, I just had to try it again. We used the firearm to knock out trucks and other fun things.

The want to build firearms never left me; I started in earnest in the late 90s. Quit my job with Cummins Engine at 61 years old, took the money that George Bush gave back to me with his tax cut and started building AR-15’s. Neal Perry was Sheriff in St. Johns County at the time and allowed me to use their range for my firearms testing purposes. However I needed a Deputy to open the gate for me. That nice Deputy would then get on his radio and tell everyone within hearing distance that George was testing firearms. The cops came from everywhere; at times they would go to my house to get more ammunition. What would have taken an hour to get what I needed to get done, would then take me a whole day. I had to do something. I found my haven in Madison Florida. I purchased 80 acres by the bay and I have 300 square miles of swamp, islands, pine trees and some beautiful oak trees. This is home for bear, cougar (Panther) Alligator, deer, wild hogs, and raccoon. Between the little woman and I, 20 minutes and we’re done testing.

We build or modify several hundred firearms per year, we have sold firearms to the Military, Police Departments, Sheriff’s Office, Government Agencies, including some friendly countries. We are quite fussy as to whom we sell our product, there are 10 States we refuse to sell anything at all, and were thinking seriously about those extra 7 states Obama visited, we may not sell these non existing states anything either.

I am worried about the future of firearm ownership in my country. Many younger people fear firearms and think them dangerous. Both ideas are far from the truth. During hunting season last year, over 20 million firearms were on the streets of the United States on any given day. That is more firepower available than all the armies of the world combined. Absolutely nothing happened.

Empty Chamber

Hi Mr. George;

I really liked your article in the August 12 Enterprise Recorder “Active Shooter” I am so proud of Green Publishing for putting your articles in their News Papers. I do have a question pertaining to hand guns. I read an article pertaining to (Empty Chamber) it was written by an ex Israeli Commando he mentioned (1) second draw including the chambering of a round what are your thoughts on this. Dianne

There are three types of personnel that advocate an empty chamber. The Israelis, the US Military, and those that know nothing of firearms. The Israelis came out with this idea back in 1948 when they became a country. Knowing they were in trouble from their neighbors from the get-go, Firearms were purchased from anyone that would sell them to their then very new military. Many of the firearms were totally different from one another including different calibers; it was more convenient for them to keep an empty chamber. Many years ago I trained with Israeli Commando’s, I must say I was very impressed with that group and somewhat confused of the empty chamber required by this very, very, impressive group. I followed their instructions on drawing the firearm push the receiver and pull the slide charging a round into the chamber. That idea lasted about 20 minutes in my thoughts. I figured the Israeli stopwatch and my stopwatch, were not keeping the same time. The (1) second draw only works with the Israeli timepiece.

US Military; The empty chamber is used in the continental United States by the Military Police, MP. And, our Shore Patrol, SP. In war zones, perhaps not so much and depending? The Military is somewhat and rightfully so, afraid that some 18 year old on guard duty somewhere will play with his firearm and either shoots himself or someone else. I have seen this happen where some young man having never actually held a real firearm suddenly become Rambo and must try twirling the firearm like John Wayne? Discipline is not in their vocabulary at these times.

Should you have an (Empty Chamber)? No! Nom! Nada! Niet! When the bad guy comes after you, you do not have seconds to get ready for the attack. This is where practice comes in, know your firearm, and shoot the firearm whenever and wherever you can. You and only you are responsible for yours and your family’s lives. Law Enforcement will arrive shortly, however minutes or more later. I would much rather show the Police where the body is, than riding in the back of an Ambulance hoping I can make it to whatever medical center were heading for.

Active Shooters, What Do You Do?

Hi Mr. George; I met you in Pensacola last week, though I live in Madison, I’ve never been to your store. My mother doesn’t like you very much because of the stuff you’ve written in the Greene Publishing News Paper. My Dad and I like you and listened to you when that customer asked what someone should do when there is an active shooter, could you write something about that please? My dad and I are going to see you at the store next week, thank you so much.   Danny.

I’m sure everyone reading this is now aware of the attack at the Pulse Night Club in Orlando where 50 people were murdered and as many were wounded but managed to survive. It’s a sad fact of life that active shooters have become a regular happening in the United States. In other parts of the world, terrorists are using active shooters and bombs to terrorize. I’ve never seen or heard anyone discuss what people are supposed to do, or should do during such attacks.  According to the FBI, active shooters are becoming somewhat common. That means we need to learn how to respond if you ever find yourself in the line of fire.

In my line of work, I’ve talked to many military personnel, tactical law enforcement, U.S. Marshals, SWAT officers, a few Special Forces operators, and including the training I’ve received over the years. People all ask this same question: What do you do when faced with a shooter who’s shooting any and everybody he can get his sights on. Here are some things you can do to increase your survival, you should know these and please practice them.

A study done by the FBI in 2014 discovered that most active shootings end in 2 minutes or less. That is nowhere near enough time for law enforcement to arrive. So when you hear gunshots in places you shouldn’t, you don’t have very much time to think about what you should do. Whether it’s an active shooter, or perhaps even a fire, the natural response for most people, is to do absolutely nothing. Our brain refuses to comprehend when the norm is broken; it takes a moment or so for the brain to figure out what’s going on. This is why many people who witness tragic events report that it felt like they were watching a movie, and what they saw may not be happening. Another problem is to follow everyone else and if we see everyone else cowering we have a tendency to do the same.

You can overcome these tendencies by knowing what you will do before it happens. One must always have a plan. It may feel weird thinking what to do should an active shooter show up, at a football, baseball, basketball, prom, movie, or bar. Where would you go? What would you do? Would you have time to run? Could you hide in a room? But then, what would you do if there’s no place to run or hide? With an active shooter, seconds matter. You do not have time to figure out what to do when a terrorist starts spraying gunfire. There are many things going on in a nano second. By having a plan of what to do in an emergency whether it’s an active shooter, or any other emergency, you are increasing your chances of surviving.

You now have three things you must do. Run, Hide, or Fight. Things may happen to you, such as, (I must say I have had this happen to me on two occasions). This is tunnel vision, and everything may seem to go into slow motion. You will soon come out of that situation. Running is a good thing; you’re moving making it harder for the shooter to have you as a target. Know where you’re running to; know where all the exits are when you walk into the building or stadium. You’ve heard screams; you’ve heard gunshots, get out of there. When safely out call 911, stop anyone else from entering the building other than Law Enforcement.

Hiding at times may be a good thing, a closet, bathroom, will hide you for a little while. The shooter is looking for easy targets, and for a little time you’re not one of those easy targets. Block the door with furniture; clothe racks, anything to slow the shooter down. I read where one shooter impersonated an officer and the people hiding in a bathroom let him in, know for a fact it is an officer at the door.

When running or hiding, isn’t an options, it’s time to fight! Most likely you do not have a firearm, but it is possible for unarmed individuals to subdue or chase away an armed shooter. Anthony Sadler, Spencer Stone, and Alek Skarlatos the 3 friends who rushed a terrorist aboard a train to Paris saved bunches of people. So did a student in Virginia that ran out to his car and retrieved a firearm he had locked up in his trunk and stopped more killings in his school. A 72 Year old woman stopped a man of killing other women, after killing his girl friend at a Wal-Mart. Many studies have shown that armed civilians can reduce the number of fatalities in an active shooter situation.  By taking action against a shooter it will reduce the number of victims.

OK you’ve made the decision, fighting is your choice. What’s the best way to fight an active shooter? If you’re armed, there are certain things you should learn in returning fire. You must practice this over and over until it’s a natural way of life for you. If you’re not armed, you may still attempt to take on a gunman as a last resort, keeping the following in mind. Most violent gunmen work assuming that because they have a firearm, people will do what they tell them. They never expect anyone to come charging after them. Winning any fight is screwing over your opponent’s thoughts. By attacking, you’re disrupting the gunman’s agenda and that slows him down even if it’s just a few seconds that gives you more time to win the fight. If God decided it’s time for you to join him, may as well go down fighting.

There is much more to this (Active Shooter) than I can write in a column, or possibly a book. Should this happen to you, be really violent with the shooter, take no mercy at all.   Remember, you are very precious, you can never ever be replaced, and bullets are cheap.

The Orlando Shooter was as close as two feet away from most of his human targets; anyone of his targets could have reached for his firearm and snatched it out of his hands. The shooter stopped his carnage several times for re-loading his non AR-15, he texted his wife several times, called and spoke with a 911 operator three times. Most of the people that I hang around with would have attacked the perp, but that’s because of the training they’ve had. Others I hang around with are just Red/Neck enough, to get really mean when challenged by some jerk that has them in his sights.

How Do I Register My Firearm?

I have been asked this question daily the last 15 years. Fortunately for all of us living in Florida and surrounding states, there is no registration of a Firearm. We’ve all read where the registration of firearms has always led to the confiscation of firearms. Confiscation has happened in New York City, California, and now Connecticut. Therefore in my opinion, (No Registration) is a good thing.

What to do?

I want to sell my firearm to my brother or any other relative, friend “anyone you have known and know he/she is able to purchase a firearm legally” by all means, sell your firearm to them, and that is perfectly legal. Now, to a stranger, though legal to sell to him/her, it’s best to have a background check made. Selling to anyone from out of state is a no niet, nada, nom. The firearm must be sent to a FFL dealer in his/her State.

How it works.

Locally, bring your firearm and your customer to a local FFL Dealer. The dealer will transfer your firearm to his FFL license, your customer will fill out the form 4473, the dealer will call FDLE, and get a confirmation approval number. The dealer will then transfer the firearm to your customer. There is a fee charged by the Dealer for the transfer. I recommend to always giving your customer a dated receipt for the firearm thus clearing you of any misdeeds.

Gun Control

Several weeks ago the Supreme Court sided with the Obama administration, ruling that the federal ban on
"straw" purchases of firearms can be enforced, even if the receiver is legally allowed to own a Firearm.

The justices ruled 5-4 that the law applied to a Virginia man who bought a firearm with the intention of transferring it to an uncle living in Pennsylvania who by the way was not prohibited from owning firearms. Saving his uncle over a hundred dollars was the reason for this purchase. The case began after Bruce Abramski, Jr. bought a Glock handgun in Virginia, in 2009 then transferred it to his uncle in Pennsylvania.

Justice Kagan obviously not knowing firearms laws said “the federal government's system of background checks and record-keeping requirements (there are no Record Keeping Requirements) help law enforcement investigate crimes by tracing firearms to their buyers”. “She said, a would-be gun buyer could evade them by simply getting another person to buy the firearm and fill out the paperwork. She was joined by Justice Kennedy, who at times is the court's swing vote, and super liberal Ginsburg, Breyer and Sotomayor.

In dissent, Justice Antonin Scalia (Now found dead with a pillow snuggly over his face) said, the language of the law does not support making it a crime for one lawful gun owner to buy a gun for another lawful gun owner. He was joined by the court's other conservatives - Chief Justice Roberts, Thomas, and Alito.

The following is what really happened. Abramski purchased the firearm three days after his uncle wrote him a check for $400 with "Glock 19 handgun" written on the memo line. During the transaction, he answered "yes" on a federal 4473 form asking, "Are you the actual buyer of the firearm(s) listed on this form? Police later arrested Abramski after they thought he was involved in a bank robbery in Rocky Mount, Virginia. No charges were ever filed on the bank robbery, but a sleaze-ball District Attorney charged him with making false statements about the purchase of the firearm.

A federal district judge rejected Abramski's argument that he was not a straw purchaser because his uncle was eligible to buy firearms and the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said yep. The Obama administration had argued that accepting Abramski's defense would impair the ability of law enforcement officials to trace firearms involved in crimes and keep weapons away from people who are not eligible to buy them. “Certainly they jest”.  The administration said that even if the purchase is made on behalf of someone eligible to buy a firearm, the purpose of the law is frustrated since Congress requires the gun dealers - not purchasers - to run federal background checks on people buying firearms.

Abramski claimed Congress' goal was to prevent guns from falling into the hands of convicted felons and others barred from owning firearms. He said that goal is not furthered if the firearm is transferred to someone legally allowed to own a firearm. The National Rifle Association sided with Abramski, as well as Twenty-six states that submitted a brief supporting Abramski's view of the law, including Florida while only nine states and of course Washington, D.C., filed papers bolstering the Obama administration.

Mostly, the reason we purchase a firearm is to defend ourselves, our loved ones, hunting, and against criminals. One must wonder why the Obama’s administration would go to such lengths to argue this point. Most States do not register Firearms, including Florida. I believe it has to do with wanting no firearms for anyone, other than a select few government officials. In order to reach this goal, they would need a central database of all firearms and their owners, My thoughts are, Instead of expending all that energy fighting legal gun owners, perhaps they should use it to collect Firearms from criminals?

VN:F [1.9.6_1107]

Working a Gun Show in Orlando two weeks ago, I spoke with the ATF agent working that show asking her if I had dropped the ball several years ago. A brand new Orlando Police Officer had been told to “get a back up firearm” after graduating from the academy. The Officer spotted a firearm he thought would fit his needs on my table. Like most all men do, he proceeded to fondle that little firearm and said “I’ll take it” we had but one small problem, the Officer was but 19 years old, one must be 21years old in order to purchase a handgun. The Officer said “not a problem”, Mom has a Concealed Carry License. Mom filled out the paperwork, was approved by FDLE the Officer paid me and Mom handed her son, the brand spanking new Police Officer his firearm. Today my friends, this is now considered, a Straw Purchase.

Worried of parents purchasing a firearm for a son or daughter, My next question was “can one purchase a firearm and give it as a gift?” I was told “yes”. Therefore, am I to assume that had Abramski purchased the firearm, then, given the firearm to his uncle, everything would have been OK? I received a “don’t know” answer. I’ve asked for clarification on this issue from Federal Law Enforcement, shucks, I may as well ask for an impossibility, truth in government.

The way it really works: A firearm is found, the Police call the ATF, the ATF calls the Manufacturer, the Manufacturer gives them the Distributor that received the firearm, The ATF then call the Distributor, the Distributor gives them the Dealer that received the firearm, ATF then call the dealer the dealer then faxes a copy of the transaction to the ATF of the person that purchased the firearm. What ever happened to “Shall Not Be Infringed?

George Pouliotte

Worse President Ever?

The wrath of progressives started during the Teddy Roosevelt administration then on to Woodrow Wilson. During the FDR Administration, we saw the beginning of communism in our country. Richard Nixon was considered by many at the time to be the most lawless president of our time. Jimmy Carter? Had problems walking and chewing gum at the same time. Bill Clinton attempted to undermine the Constitution but succeeded only in his miss-behavior in the White House and including perjury before a grand jury, which finally led to his impeachment. George Bush had the Patriot Act. I have reservations on some of that, as much of that Act is now being miss-used.

The above pales in contrast to Barack Obama and his administration, the last four and a half years. From all the lies we have been told, lies on Immigration, Gun Control, the Stimulus Bill, theft from the bondholders of General Motors and then, given to the United Auto Workers. The corruption of Solyndra, murder along our Southern Border because of Operation Fast and Furious, the $20 billion shakedown of BP after the Gulf oil spill (I wonder where all that money went?) and then, there’s Obamacare, this president has taken the word “Chicago Gangster” to a whole new level.

Today, we have Benghazi. Finally, the press may wake up, well, perhaps not. Only time will tell. If the press does its job, Obama’s lies pertaining to the terrorist attack in Benghazi Libya, on September 11, 2012, could quite possibly wake up the people of this country.

Weeks after the attack, Obama, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, and a gaggle of others, tried convincing us that a really dumb You Tube video was behind the attack, and the destruction of our Embassy in Benghazi Libya, and the killing of four American citizens.  We were to believe that these spontaneous protestors were to blame but only after and when the protestors got out of hand. Say What? These attackers were armed with hand-held rocket propelled grenade launchers and a bunch of full automatic weapons. They meant to kill any, and everyone in that compound.

Today, with testimony coming forth in Congress, the ugly truth is spilling out. Despite the White House trying to hold back any information it has, whistle blowers are telling the true story as it really happened. Those stories do not sound anything like the version the White House and the State Department have been spoon-feeding us the last eight months.

Why did the President of the United States, his Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense allow our ambassador and three brave Americans trying to defend him to be murdered? Why did they lie to us about the cause of the attacks? What was Ambassador Stevens doing in a known dangerous place like Benghazi? The British had already boogied on out of there after they had been attacked. I’ve read notes on the Internet where we may have been running guns again, kinda, sorta, like Fast and Furious only this time we are supposedly sending these firearms to the terrorists in Syria through Turkey. “I haven’t been able to confirm this yet”, but I will. Today 05/September/2014. We find that this is true. The very two most pertinent questions for me are these: 1-  Will the media tell us the truth about government law-breaking and cover-up? 2- Do the American people really care?

The following are some excerpts from what has been discovered thus far. From Mr. Hicks. “Undersecretary of State Elizabeth Jones told me I had to improve my management style and that some people were upset with me,"  When Hicks returned to Washington for the funeral of Ambassador Christopher Stevens. Jones "they gave me a blistering critique of my management style," he said. He has now been demoted for his effort.

Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md. top Democrat on the oversight committee, accused Republicans of using the witnesses for "political purposes." I expected absolutely nothing else from this man.

Hicks said he asked twice whether an F-16 or some other "fast-mover" aircraft could fly over the area with hopes it may scatter the attackers. "I talked with the defense attaché, Lt. Col. Keith Phillips, and I asked him, 'Is there anything coming?

A four-man team of military special operations forces in Tripoli was organized, geared up and ready to board a C-130 aircraft, in order to help those in Benghazi when that commander was ordered to stand down by his superiors, Hicks said.

Hicks went on to say "He got a phone call from SOCAFRICA (Special Operations Command Africa) which said, you can't go now, you don't have authority to do so,"

I personally have problems with that; I have really big problems with that decision. That compound in Benghazi is American soil and should be defended totally and completely. Damn the chain of command. After losing 150 men in less than 20 minutes a Marine private took command of a platoon and was able to get them out of harms way. That’s what we do; we take care and help our own, always. I want to know just who it is that told this command leader whatever his rank is to step down,  Where the hell are the General Patton’s when you need them? Are desk jockey’s all we have left? Obama has fired so many of  our finest Military leaders only those with no real Military leadership are left.

OH! I was informed last night that the White House held a secret briefing for a few select media on Benghazi on 10 May 2013. I’ll bet the remainder of the Media isn’t very happy about that deal. Wonder what went on in that meeting? Wonder how they will spin this out.

Fast and Furious

The Obama Administration has committed an act of war against Mexico through sheer incompetence that left one American border patrol agent murdered as well as thousands of Mexicans. One e-mail sent to and by ATF agents noted, “958 killed in March 2010 … most violent month since 2005.” The same e-mail notes: “Our subjects purchased 359 firearms during March alone,” including “numerous Barrett .50 caliber rifles.” Not only did they note this action, the ATF video taped the whole episode. Today? “I know nothing, hear nothing, see nothing”

The Obama Administration’s Justice Department authorized the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (the “BATFE”) to rig gun background checks through the FBI that gun runners could “walk” guns into Mexico. The Department of Justice and ATF supposedly did this to try taking down the Mexican Cartels. The ATF’s authorization of this operation, called by them “Fast and Furious”, corresponded to an increase in gun violence by drug cartels in Mexico. Obama’s Administration never informed the Mexican Government thus making this a clear act of war, under any host of international precedent.

The Obama Administration, Eric Holder’s Department of Justice and the ATF used the gun running they authorized, as evidence in the Obama Administration’s fight to crack down on gun sales in the United States. That, my friends, is the only reason for all this controversy, (Stop Gun Sales In The US, At Any Cost).

This Administration is completely out of control. The following is a long read, it’s taken me months of research sifting out the truth from partial truths and rumors, I can only hope that 2012 brings us a new chapter in the country that I love.

Gunrunner/Fast and Furious

Gunrunner was a government program that ran guns into Mexico. Obama and his bunch contributed fraudulent statistics targeting U.S. gun owners. The fraudulent data has raised questions about the real intentions of Project Gunrunner. This Government was to use false data in order to curtail Gun Shows, and private citizens selling their own firearms collections. “Ladies and Gentlemen, It backfired”.

In 2008, a Mr. Hoover, director, of  field operations for the BATFE testified before Congress that 90 percent of  firearms recovered being transported to Mexico originated from the United States. Hoover lied “lets say stretched truths”. Lies were released by the ATF “imagine that” and cited in the news media stating the majority of illegal firearms in Mexico came from the U.S. The U.S. Government Accountability Office also used the ATF's percentages in their report to Congress, as did the Justice Department.

After many reports contradicted the ATF’s claim, they admitted in November 2010 that the 90 percent figure told Congress "is misleading?" because it applied to a small portion of guns actually verified through their eTrace system. The ATF admitted the statistics were based on the guns traced, of which originated in the U.S.

The Gunrunner fiasco was started by the Bush Administration and approved by both Republicans and Democrats in 2005.  The program at that time was run by the ATF, the FBI and the DOJ, with fewer than ten or so officers. That program was stopped when the tracing ability of the 300 firearms allowed to enter Mexico was compromised. Today, there are over 200 personnel with a budget of 10 Million, with another 12 million asked for by the Whitehouse. Project Gunrunner was to stop the sale of U.S. guns to Mexico by denying Mexican drug cartels firearms. However, this project allowed thousands of guns to cross into Mexico, where the weapons are untraceable and in the hands of the Cartels. Firearms run into Mexico under Gunrunner have been recovered from crime scenes in Arizona and Mexico. One Firearm recovered at the scene is, the weapon used to murder Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry on Dec. 14, 2010.  With that said, Terry worked for the SWAT team side of the Border Patrol. To make matters worse, Terry was loaded with Bean bags in his Government issued 12 GA. Shotgun, while the Cartel were using real bullets in their Government Sold Firearms.

Many thought e Trace was to be advantageous to Project Gunrunner because it could provide information on "straw purchases," meaning Jerks who legally purchase a firearm for known criminals. The ATF has now stated their tracing system was never designed to collect statistics. Typically ATF, the agency used information it claimed to have gathered from Project Gunrunner to release what turned out to be bad information.

Project Gunrunner also called "Operation Fast and Furious," have come under scrutiny with investigations headed by Sen. Grassley, R-Iowa, and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif. Obama said in an interview with a Spanish-language television station “someone must take the fall”. (wonder who that someone is?) "There may be a situation here in which a serious mistake was made. If that's the case, then we'll find out and we'll hold someone accountable," (yea right).

The then ATF director Kenneth Melson told Issa in a secret emergency meeting on July 4 when he first learned about Border Agent Terry's murder Quote, "I was sick to my stomach." Melson told Issa, that those who ran Project Gunrunner at the ATF, were reassigned, but didn’t know the reason for the reassignments. (It’s called C.Y.A.) Issa has sent a letter accusing the Justice Department, including Eric Holder, of obstructing this investigation. It seams that the DOJ sent over false denials and buried its head in the sand," Issa wrote. "That approach distorted the truth and obstructed our investigation."

In testimony before Issa's committee several days ago, Holder stated under oath that he only learned about the gunrunning project "in the last few weeks." That my friends is a lie. found a 2009 speech by Holder on the Department of Justice's own website in which Holder boasts about "Project Gunrunner." Stated Holder in 2009: "Last week, our administration launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner.

Our Government is now Totally and Completely Corrupt.

The Mexican drug-trafficking gang responsible for purchasing a CIA jet that crashed with four tons of cocaine on board in 2007, has told the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois that he has been working as a U.S. (Government Agent) for years. Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla, is the boss of the Sinaloa drug-trafficking organization. Niebla was arrested in Mexico in March 2009 and extradited to the United States to stand trial in February. “Didn’t know that did you”

“The indictment pending against Niebla claims he served as the “logistical coordinator” for the “cartel,” helping to oversee an operation that imported tons of cocaine into the U.S. “not ounces, or pounds, but TONS of cocaine” using Boeing 747 aircraft, buses, rail cars, tractor trailers, and automobiles.” My friends in the Police business risk their lives every day trying to get this stuff off the streets of Madison and this Government allows this Cartel to bring in tons of drugs into the US? By the way, Niebla was allowed to bring in these drugs if he would rat out other Cartels in Mexico.

Pleadings in the U.S. District Court of Illinois, Niebla claimed that he was working with the knowledge of, “The U.S. Department of Justice, (DOJ) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE),” since January 2008. Niebla is also connected to the Gulfstream II jet that wrecked with four tons of cocaine on board on September 24, 2007. European, “not USA investigators” linked the plane’s tail number, N987SA, to CIA operations. The bill of sale for the Gulfstream jet, listed the name of Greg Smith, a pilot who worked for the FBI, DEA and the CIA.

The plane was purchased by Niebla’s Sinaloa’s drug-trafficking organization through Colombian drug-traffickers that included Nelson Urrego, a CIA agent. “The Gulfstream II jet, according to Mexican authorities, was among a number of aircraft acquired by the Sinaloa drug organization by using an elaborate money laundering scheme involving a chain of Mexican casa de cambios (currency exchange houses) overseen by the Sinaloa organization operative Pedro Damy, according to Mexican government and few U.S. media reports.

Sinaloa bought the jet by wiring money through Wachovia Bank, now Wells Fargo. $13 million dollars went through several bank accounts at Wachovia for the purchase of this aircraft to be used in delivering narcotics. From this aircraft, more than 20,000 kilograms of cocaine were seized,” Wachovia was forced to pay a penalty of $160 million dollars for allowing the money to be laundered through its bank accounts. With that said, Wells Fargo/Wachovia are not the only banks invested in drugs.

American Express Bank International paid fines in 1994 and 2007 after admitting it had failed to spot and report drug dealers laundering money through its accounts. Drug traffickers used accounts at Bank of America in Oklahoma City to buy three planes that carried 10 tons of cocaine, according to Mexican court filings. Federal agents caught some who work for Mexican cartels depositing illicit funds in Bank of America accounts in Atlanta, Chicago and Brownsville, Texas, from 2002 to 2009. Mexican drug dealers used shell companies to open accounts at HSBC Holdings Plc, Europe's largest bank by assets, an investigation by the Mexican Finance Ministry found. Therefore, the cases pending against trafficker Urrego, accused money-launderer Damy and Sinaloa, Zambada Niebla, connect through the Gulfstream II CIA cocaine jet.

In addition to smuggling narcotics into the United States, Niebla is also accused of obtaining weapons from the U.S. with the intent to use them in Mexico. The Obama administration has cited the flow of guns from the U.S. into Mexico as an excuse with which to attack the second amendment rights of Americans, it was recently revealed that the US Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) deliberately allowed guns to be smuggled from the U.S. into the hands of Mexican drug lords under “Operation Fast and Furious”. President Obama along with Eric Holder have denied they had any knowledge of the program. “again, I know nothing, hear nothing, see nothing” Though all leads that I have found, point directly to Obama and Holder.

Niebla’s accusations that he smuggled drugs from Mexico into the United States while working for the U.S. government confirms the CIA and U.S. Banking biggies are big players in the global drug trade worth hundreds of billions of dollars a year, information made public by Gary Webb, who committed suicide in 2004 with two gunshot wounds to the head. “I can only assume the first gunshot in the head didn’t work? “
That has got to hurt.” Mr. Webb had complained of death threats and “government people” stalking his home in the previous weeks. “Where have I heard that before”

Drugs My Friends, Will Never Go Away

While working for a major engine company with factories in Mexico, I met a journalist in El Paso who worked in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, spending several years investigating the drug racket in Mexico. The guy made some very interesting points. I was  told that ten percent of Mexico’s gross national income came from drugs. If he’s correct, the Mexican government can’t afford to shut down the drug trade. (Correction! Today 08-13-2011 as I first wrote this note, I was informed by this same journalist that a full one third of Mexico’s gross national product now comes from drugs.)

The view in the United States is that, the Mexican problem is bribery and corruption. If we could only get Mexican officials to be honest, the drug trade would die out, right? But, the reporter pointed out, no government will ever shut down 1/3rd of its economy. Especially in a country that has, no economy. He pointed out that in many villages, most income comes from growing drugs. Farmers get 70 pesos a day by growing corn, a farmer can get 170 pesos a day by growing marijuana or poppies. It lets them live decently, which only matters if you’re the one who doesn’t. Most Latinos think, that drugs are an American problem. If the gringos don’t want to use drugs, they wont buy them.

In the States, we talk about drugs, but do little. Why? Well, if you look at the amounts of money involved, you can easily conclude that some people in society are making out like bandits (see our banks above). I’m not sure who gets it yet, but I will. Yet, a cynic such as myself, might suspect somebody is getting paid off. People have prices. Drug dealers have the money. What would it take to make a serious attack on drugs in the US? It would take an assault on the black ghetto, where most drugs are sold. That of course is politically incorrect and would cause anarchy. It would also mean jailing large numbers of whites that use these drugs. This action is also politically incorrect. Legalization of drugs is easy to talk about, California and others tried to legalize pot, but now find themselves under attack by the Feds. Politicians on the take, do not want to see the cash flow dry up. Drugs are worth far more being illegal than legal. There is still enough public hostility to drugs in the US, to make legalization a dead end. Those who profit from drugs have the resources to overcome any and all attempts at legalization.

The question becomes: Who really cares about drugs? The answer seems to be: Not many. Yes, parents don’t like drugs, but they don’t want the schools militarized, and heavy penalties applied might end up on their own kids. The effects of drugs on kids are bad, but most survive, and everyone thinks it’s someone else’s problem. Parents from the Sixties aren’t really horrified. They’ve been there, done that. It seems to me that the anti-drug effort has had a weird feel to it. We throw a lot of young men in prison on drug charges, largely because they’re mostly dumb and easy enough to catch. At least our Madison County Drug guys make it seem so. However, the efforts we do make against drugs don’t make a dent in the problem. The effects of law-enforcement are easily measured by checking the availability and price of drugs on the street. Drugs are still cheap, and easy to get. The war on drugs really is a joke. Hundreds of billions if not trillions of dollars have been spent the last fifty years on this so-called war on drugs. Yet, drugs are still available and easy to get, absolutely nothing has changed.

I believe that drugs have become an accepted part of our economy. Nobody really expects it to stop. I believe Politicians are involved somewhat. Some nations depend on drugs for the well-being of their citizens. Many parents don’t care much. High-schools look the other way, Police departments inherit huge quantities of drug monies and equipment for their coffers.

Alas! Drugs do provide work for Police and for people like myself that like to snoop around, and write stuff.

I guess we’re all in it together?

After thought; We really need to get rid of Obama. This man couldn't get a job at McDonald's. Due to Obama’s lack of Social Security number and documentation. The Social. Security number attached to the President today, actually belongs to a man who lived in Connecticut and died in Hawaii. Yet he can sit in the Oval Office. Why is that? Something else to snoop into?,0,3828090.storygallery
