“High Pressure” Treated (HPT) and magnetic particle inspection. (MPI)
The barrel is a
16-inch cold forged USGI MILSPEC 4150 certified steel barrel with several

Who Builds The
Best Lower Receiver?
I am asked this question a
gazillion times a day. The following are the five largest manufacturers
and who use their product.
The difference? “The Name on the Lower”
Lewis Machine & Tool =
LMT, Lauer, DS Arms,
PWA, Eagle, Armalite,
Knights Armament, and Barrett
Continental Machine Tool = Stag, Rock River
Arms, High Standard, Noveske, Century,
Global Tactical,
CLE, S&W,
MGI, Wilson Tactical, Grenadier Precision, and Colt
LAR Manufacturing =
LAR, Bushmaster, DPMS,
CMMG, Double Star, Fulton Armory, and Spike's Tactical
Olympic Arms Olympic, SGW,
Tromix, and Frankford.
Aero Precision
Aero Precision, Surplus Arms, and Palmetto State Armory.
Surprised? I get a kick out of some LE that can only have Rock River
or Colt per say, but not Stag because
of some regulation someone has deemed policy
We Broke Out Of The
Assembly Line Group
Having used CMT for years, We at Ammodump Int. LLC, have decided to use our own
brand of Lower
and Upper receivers. The reason for this action, enables us to
control every aspect of our firearm.
Our Barrels are top quality manufactured in the USA as are all our components.
The wiggle waggle
between the upper and lower just got to be too much for our company. No way
will I install a rubber
doohicky between my upper and lower in order to get the wiggle waggle out.. We
thought we could do
better, and by golly, we have.
Warranty
Please note! Our warranty is a lifetime warranty on the lower
Receiver, and a 1 year warranty on the upper.
We as a company have decided we will no longer warranty any of our firearms by
using Re-Loaded ammunition.
I understand you make the
very best ammunition there is in the whole wide world, however re-loaded
ammunition is the ONE problem we have had with our firearms.
Also!!! Steel ammunition is not to be used in our .308 firearms.
Examples: Customer drove 70 miles one way complaining of a live
round in the chamber and a stuck bolt. A smack
With a rubber hammer on the Charging Handle (the over fat round extracted with no
problem to the firearm. The customer was happy as a clam. And the list goes on
with re-loaded ammunition.
Bad Ammo: A round blew out at the rear of the brass, that blew out
the bottom of the magazine and
Ruptured another round in the magazine. Be careful ammo is cheap
and you our customers are precious,
You can never be replaced.
These are but a few
problems I have found with Reloaded Ammunition
Below, the bullet caused the owner to miss a really great deer.
That round also ruined the Magazine, the Bolt ejector extractor, and
ejector/extractor springs.
This little
booger, caused several more problems, See below.
As you can see, the Extractor and the Ejector are no longer
working. That’s a reloaded round just stuck into the bolt That just could not be
repaired. The pressure just ruined the whole face of the bolt, the Firing pin
was bent, the gas block was full of Brass. And that was just the easy stuff to
find. “The Bolt Was Also Bent” The Magazine was blown out AND a round blew in
the Magazine. Not
a good thing.
We repaired the
firearm for the Customer, with that said, He promised never to use
Re-Loaded ammo again.

With “Florida Division Law Enforcement” passage, the customer may take A Rifle or a Shot Gun at that time, providing he/she is 21 years old, has a CCW, Hunting License, Police Officer, Active Duty, or trade in. The customer may also take a Hand Gun as long as he/she has the above also. If not, one must wait 3 days to take the firearm home.. Should the customer NOT have this permit in Florida, he/she must wait a mandatory three-day wait period by law. Unless of course if you live in Pinellas, Dade and a couple other counties, you then have different laws and must wait up to five days. We can also ship to your FFL of choice, providing we have a copy of his/her FFL. Texas doesn’t have that problem. You have a CCW there is no call to NIC’S. No CCW, with an approval from NIC’s you may take possession of the firearm.
{Out of State purchases}. Our company must have a copy of your FFL Dealer’s license
before we can complete a sale. All Laws of your State and Federal must be met

Question, “How Do
I Register My Firearm”?
I have been
asked this question daily the last 15 years. Fortunately for all of us living
in Florida and surrounding states, there is no registration of a Firearm. We’ve
all read where the registration of firearms has always led to confiscation of
firearms. Confiscation has happened in New York City, California, and now
Connecticut. Every Country in the whole world that has evoked registration of a
firearm has confiscated their people’s firearms. I waited in line with a friend
that saved my life in Vietnam for over 13 hours to GIVE his firearm to the
Government of Australia where they cut it up and thru it into a pile of other
demolished firearms. What happened next? Crime went up 350% Therefore in my
opinion, (No Registration) is a good thing).
What to do?
I want to sell
my firearm to my brother or any other relative, friend “anyone you have known
and know he/she is able to purchase a firearm legally” by all means, sell your
firearm or give it to them, and that is perfectly legal. Now, to a stranger,
though legal to sell to him/her, it’s best to have a background check made.
Selling to anyone from out of state is a No No, Niet, Nada, Nom. The firearm
must be sent to a FFL dealer in his/her State. Notice!!! Due to the Parkland School Shooting, one must not
sell his/her personal f firearms. One must bring his/her firearm to a Dealer,
transfer the firearm to the Dealer, the Dealer will then run a background check
on the person wanting to purchase the firearm, should your customer pass the
background check he may leave with the firearm if he/she have a CCW, Hunting
License, Police Officer, Prison Guard, Active Military. If not, he/she must
wait 3 days to get the firearm. My thoughts are; how do you enforce these laws?
My thought’s also are. Cruz the young man that caused this entire ruckus should
have never been able to purchase a firearm. Our Government in charge of the
purchasing of Firearms by its Citizens dropped the ball. The FBI contacted Cruz
at his home on three occasions pertaining to threats of his classmates. The
Sheriff Department called on Cruz 45 times according to Fox News for the same
threats. Nothing was ever done toward punishing Cruz for these rather petty
crimes however had they been administered, Cruz could not have been able to
purchase the firearm he used to cause all this mayhem. Therefore, we law
abiding citizens must pay for the outcome. One must be 21 years old to purchase
a single shot .22 rifle that I was able to purchase at 10 years old from
Montgomery Wards. I also purchased 1000 rounds of 9MM ammo from Sears at 13
years old and paid with my own bank account.
Always remember
(A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the
right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.) Obviously
many in our Governments have no idea what “Shall Not Be Infringed” means.

Mr. George, you don’t know me, we have never met but
I read everything you write. I received my CCW from Live Oak last week and I
feel I want to carry, how much training do you think I would really need before
I would feel comfortable in carrying? Walter
At what point in
training should I actually begin to carry daily?
Walter, I’ve discovered that middle age is when all the stuff
you did when you were younger starts catching up with you. After a Car
wreck in Mississippi my back started shall I say aggravating me considerably?
Well my conversation with the MRI technician turned towards firearms, and more
specifically, her Glock 42 and her brand new concealed carry permit. She wasn’t
very happy with her firearm it seems she preferred the slightly less recoil on
her husband’s larger G19 and didn’t feel comfortable carrying her firearm yet.
The only training she’d had was a brief one-on-one session with her husband’s
friend, who is a part-time instructor of some sort. She wanted training that
would be relevant to her needs. She thought she needed more training; we
spoke of where she may be able to get more training. We are lucky to have
a couple of local training talents in Madison County. I sent her to a friend in
our Sheriff’s Dept. Talk to them and figure out her best course of action.
Unfortunately for her, there were no specific dates; one must wait until there
are 10 or more people waiting before classes are started and that class is for
CCW only. Unfortunately, most people think that obtaining a handgun (and where
required by law, a permit) is all they need to be protected. A competent
defensive handgun shooter requires lessons from good teachers and lots and lots
of practice. I’ve had many hours in defensive training in the past. With 120 or
more hours of that in handguns, and the rest with carbines, shotguns, Rifles
and Full Auto. I now know that I’m a pretty good shooter. The more I train, and
the more time I spend with serious students and instructors, the more I realize
that there is no “enough” to training. There is no fixed
destination where any of us will “arrive,” and suddenly know all there is to
know. Walter, you already have your permit; you own a quality handgun, holster,
and good ammunition. From there, it breaks down to skill and mindset. I
recommend the new 60-round FBI qualification test. It tests your ability to
draw and fire accurately under “time pressure” from 3 to 25 yards, and also
includes a reload. If you can shoot a passing score, you clearly have the
skills to carry and shoot well. Then Walter, if you have never thought of ever
taking another human life, then you shouldn't carry a firearm. In the end, you
will be the one who has to judge whether you have the skills and mindset to carry
and use a firearm in self-defense. Studies show that in the heat of the moment
you go to what you know best, that's why you train. Every combat veteran can
tell you that, even when the plan goes to hell, and it often does, your
training sticks with you. Learn it right and practice. Remember, the criminal
has all the advantages. You are very precious and you can never be replaced. Remember, anything worth shooting once,
is worth shooting twice, or until you run out of ammo. “My Thoughts”

Gun Control
A few years ago, the
Supreme Court sided with the Obama administration, ruling that the federal ban
on "straw" purchases of
firearms can be enforced, even if the receiver is legally allowed to own a
Firearm.
The justices ruled 5-4 that the law applied to a Virginia man
who bought a firearm with the intention of transferring it to an uncle living
in Pennsylvania who by the way was not prohibited from owning firearms. Saving
his uncle over a hundred dollars was the reason for this purchase. The case
began after Bruce Abramski, Jr. bought a Glock handgun in Virginia, in 2009
then transferred it to his uncle in Pennsylvania.
Justice Kagan obviously not knowing firearms laws said “the
federal government's system of background checks and record-keeping
requirements (there are no Record Keeping Requirements) help law
enforcement investigate crimes by tracing firearms to their buyers”. “She said,
a would-be gun buyer could evade them by simply getting another person to buy
the firearm and fill out the paperwork. She was joined by Justice Kennedy, who
at times is the court's swing vote, and super liberal Ginsburg, Breyer and
Sotomayor.
In dissent, Justice Antonin Scalia (Found dead with a pillow
snuggly over his face) said, the language of the law does not support making it
a crime for one lawful gun owner to buy a gun for another lawful gun owner. He
was joined by the court's other conservatives - Chief Justice Roberts, Thomas,
and Alito.
The following is what really happened. Abramski purchased the firearm
three days after his uncle wrote him a check for $400 with "Glock 19
handgun" written on the memo line. During the transaction, he answered
"yes" on a federal 4473 form asking, "Are you the actual buyer
of the firearm(s) listed on this form? Police later arrested Abramski after
they thought he was involved in a bank robbery in Rocky Mount, Virginia. No
charges were ever filed on the bank robbery, but a sleaze-ball District
Attorney charged him with making false statements about the purchase of the firearm.
A federal district judge rejected Abramski's argument that he
was not a straw purchaser because his uncle was eligible to buy firearms and
the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said yep. The Obama administration had
argued that accepting Abramski's defense would impair the ability of law
enforcement officials to trace firearms involved in crimes and keep weapons
away from people who are not eligible to buy them. “Certainly they jest”. The administration said that even if the
purchase is made on behalf of someone eligible to buy a firearm, the purpose of
the law is frustrated since Congress requires the gun dealers - not purchasers
- to run federal background checks on people buying firearms.
Abramski claimed Congress' goal was to prevent guns from falling
into the hands of convicted felons and others barred from owning firearms. He
said that goal is not furthered if the firearm is transferred to someone
legally allowed to own a firearm. The National Rifle Association sided with
Abramski, as well as Twenty-six states that submitted a brief supporting
Abramski's view of the law, including Florida while only nine states and of
course Washington, D.C., filed papers bolstering the Obama administration.
Mostly, the reason we purchase a firearm is to defend ourselves,
our loved ones, hunting, and protection against criminals. One must wonder why
the Obama’s administration would go to such lengths to argue this point. Most
States do not register Firearms, including Florida. I believe it has to do with
wanting no firearms for anyone, other than a select few government officials.
In order to reach this goal, they would need a central database of all firearms
and their owners, My thoughts are, Instead of expending all that energy
fighting legal gun owners, perhaps they should use it to collect Firearms from
criminals?
Working a Gun
Show in Orlando, I spoke with the ATF agent working that show asking her if I
had dropped the ball several years ago. A brand new Orlando Police Officer had
been told to “get a back up firearm” after graduating from the academy. The
Officer spotted a firearm he thought would fit his needs on my table. Like most
all men do, he proceeded to fondle that little firearm and said “I’ll take it”
we had but one small problem, the Officer was but 19 years old, one must be
21years old in order to purchase a handgun. The Officer said “not a problem”,
Mom has a Concealed Carry License. Mom filled out the paperwork, was approved
by FDLE the Officer paid me and Mom handed her son, the brand spanking new
Police Officer his firearm. Today my friends, this is now considered, a Straw
Purchase.
Worried of parents purchasing a firearm for a son or daughter,
My next question was “can one purchase a firearm and give it as a gift?” I was
told “yes”. Therefore, am I to assume that had Abramski purchased the firearm,
then, given the firearm to his uncle, everything would have been OK? I received
a “don’t know” answer. I’ve asked for clarification on this issue from Federal
Law Enforcement, shucks, I may as well ask for an impossibility, “truth in
government”.
The way it
really works: A firearm is found, the Police call the ATF, the ATF calls the
Manufacturer, the Manufacturer gives them the Distributor that received the
firearm, The ATF then call the Distributor, the Distributor gives them the
Dealer that received the firearm, ATF then call the dealer the dealer then
faxes a copy of the transaction to the ATF of the person that purchased the
firearm. What ever happened to
“Shall Not Be Infringed?
George Pouliotte
Worse President
Ever?
The wrath of progressives started during the Teddy Roosevelt
administration then on to Woodrow Wilson. During the FDR Administration, we saw
the beginning of communism in our country. Richard Nixon was considered by many
at the time to be the most lawless president of our time. Jimmy Carter? Had
problems walking and chewing gum at the same time. Bill Clinton attempted to
undermine the Constitution but succeeded only in his miss-behavior in the White
House and including perjury before a grand jury, which finally led to his
impeachment. George Bush had the Patriot Act. I have reservations on some of
that, as much of that Act is now being miss-used.
The above pales in contrast to Barack Obama and his
administration, the first four and a half years. From all the lies we have been
told, lies on Immigration, Gun Control, the Stimulus Bill, theft from the
bondholders of General Motors and then, given to the United Auto Workers. The corruption
of Solyndra, murder along our Southern Border because of Operation Fast and
Furious, the $20 billion shakedown of BP after the Gulf oil spill (I wonder
where all that money went?) and then, there’s Obamacare, this president has
taken the word “Chicago Gangster” to a whole new level.
Today, we have Benghazi. Finally, the press may wake up, well,
perhaps not. Only time will tell. If the press does its job, Obama’s lies
pertaining to the terrorist attack in Benghazi Libya, on September 11, 2012,
could quite possibly wake up the people of this country.
Weeks after the attack, Obama, and Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton, Susan Rice, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, and a gaggle of
others, tried convincing us that a really dumb You Tube video was behind the
attack, and the destruction of our Embassy in Benghazi Libya, and the killing
of four American citizens. We were to
believe that these spontaneous protestors were to blame but only after and when
the protestors got out of hand. Say What? These attackers were armed with
hand-held rocket propelled grenade launchers and a bunch of full automatic
weapons. They meant to kill any, and everyone in that compound.
Today, with testimony coming forth in Congress, the ugly truth
is spilling out. Despite the White House trying to hold back any information it
has, whistle blowers are telling the true story as it really happened. Those
stories do not sound anything like the version the White House and the State
Department have been spoon-feeding us for eight months.
Why did the President of the United States, his Secretary of
State and Secretary of Defense allow our ambassador and three brave Americans
trying to defend him to be murdered? Why did they lie to us about the cause of
the attacks? What was Ambassador Stevens doing in a known dangerous place like
Benghazi? The British had already boogied on out of there after they had been
attacked. I’ve read notes on the Internet where we may have been running guns
again, kinda, sorta, like Fast and Furious only this time we are supposedly
sending these firearms to the terrorists in Syria through Turkey. “I haven’t
been able to confirm this yet”, but I will. Today 05-September-2014. We find
that this is true. The very two most pertinent questions for me are these:
1- Will the media tell us the truth
about government law-breaking and cover-up? 2- Do the American people really
care?
The following are some excerpts from what has been discovered
thus far. From Mr. Hicks. “Undersecretary of State Elizabeth Jones told me I
had to improve my management style and that some people were upset with
me," When Hicks returned to
Washington for the funeral of Ambassador Christopher Stevens. Jones "they
gave me a blistering critique of my management style," he said. He has now
been demoted for his effort. Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md. top Democrat on the
oversight committee, accused Republicans of using the witnesses for
"political purposes." I expected absolutely nothing else from this
man.
Hicks said he asked twice whether an F-16 or some other
"fast-mover" aircraft could fly over the area with hopes it may
scatter the attackers. "I talked with the defense attaché, Lt. Col. Keith
Phillips, and I asked him, 'Is there anything coming? A four-man team of
military special operations forces in Tripoli was organized, geared up and
ready to board a C-130 aircraft, in order to help those in Benghazi when that
commander was ordered to stand down by his superiors, Hicks said. Hicks went on
to say "He got a phone call from
SOCAFRICA (Special Operations Command Africa) which said, you can't go
now, you don't have authority to do so," I personally have problems with
that; I have really big problems with that decision. That compound in Benghazi
is American soil and should be defended totally and completely. Damn the chain
of command. After losing 150 men in less than 20 minutes a Marine private took
command of a platoon and was able to get them out of harms way. That’s what we
do; we take care and help our own, always. I want to know just who it was that
told this command leader whatever his rank is to step down, Where the hell are the General Patton’s when
you need them? Are desk jockey’s all we have left? Obama has fired so many of our finest Military leaders only those with
no real Military leadership are left.
OH! I was informed last night that the White House
held a secret briefing for a few select media on Benghazi on 10 May 2013. I’ll
bet the remainder of the Media isn’t very happy about that deal. Wonder what
went on in that meeting? Wonder how they will spin this out.

Fast and Furious
The Obama Administration
has committed an act of war against Mexico through sheer incompetence that left
one American border patrol agent murdered as well as thousands of Mexicans. One
e-mail sent to and by ATF agents noted, “958 killed in March 2010. most violent
month since 2005.” The same e-mail notes: “Our subjects purchased 359 firearms
during March alone,” including “numerous Barrett .50 caliber rifles.” Not only
did they note this action, the ATF video taped the whole episode. Today? “I
know nothing, hear nothing, see nothing”
The Obama Administration’s
Justice Department authorized the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and
Explosives (the “BATFE”) to rig gun background checks through the FBI
that gun runners could “walk” guns into Mexico. The Department of
Justice and ATF supposedly did this to try taking down the Mexican Cartels. The
ATF’s authorization of this operation, called by them “Fast and Furious”,
corresponded to an increase in gun violence by drug cartels in Mexico.
Obama’s Administration never informed the Mexican Government thus making this a
clear act of war, under any host of international precedent.
The Obama Administration,
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice and the ATF used the gun running they
authorized, as evidence in the Obama Administration’s fight to crack down on
gun sales in the United States. That, my friends, is the only reason for all
this controversy, (Stop Gun Sales In The US, At Any Cost).
This Administration is
completely out of control. The following is a long read, it’s taken me months
of research sifting out the truth from partial truths and rumors, I can only
hope that 2012 brings us a new chapter in the country that I love.
Gunrunner/Fast and
Furious
Gunrunner was a government
program that ran guns into Mexico. Obama and his bunch contributed fraudulent
statistics targeting U.S. gun owners. The fraudulent data has raised questions
about the real intentions of Project Gunrunner. This Government was to use
false data in order to curtail Gun Shows, and private citizens selling their
own firearms collections. “Ladies and Gentlemen, It backfired”.
In 2008, a Mr. Hoover,
director, of field operations for the
BATFE testified before Congress that 90 percent of firearms recovered being transported to Mexico originated from
the United States. Hoover lied “lets say stretched truths”. Lies were released
by the ATF “imagine that” and cited in the news media stating the majority of
illegal firearms in Mexico came from the U.S. The U.S. Government
Accountability Office also used the ATF's percentages in their report to
Congress, as did the Justice Department.
After many reports
contradicted the ATF’s claim, they admitted in November 2010 that the 90
percent figure told Congress "is misleading?" because it applied to a
small portion of guns actually verified through their e-Trace system. The ATF
admitted the statistics were based on the guns traced, of which originated in
the U.S.
The Gunrunner fiasco was
started by the Bush Administration and approved by both Republicans and
Democrats in 2005. The program at the
time was run by the ATF, the FBI and the DOJ, with fewer than ten or so officers.
That program was stopped when the tracing ability of the 300 firearms allowed
to enter Mexico was compromised. Today, there are over 200 personnel with a
budget of 10 Million, with another 12 million asked for by the Whitehouse.
Project Gunrunner was to stop the sale of U.S. guns to Mexico by denying
Mexican drug cartels firearms. However, this project allowed thousands of guns
to cross into Mexico, where the weapons are untraceable and in the hands of the
Cartels. Firearms run into Mexico under Gunrunner have been recovered from crime
scenes in Arizona and Mexico. One Firearm recovered at the scene is, the weapon
used to murder Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry on Dec. 14, 2010. With that said, Terry worked for the SWAT
team side of the Border Patrol. To make matters worse, Terry was loaded with
Bean bags in his Government issued 12 GA. Shotgun, while the Cartel were using
real bullets in their Government Sold Firearms.
Many thought e-Trace was to
be advantageous to Project Gunrunner because it could provide information on
"straw purchases," meaning Jerks who legally purchase a firearm for
known criminals. The ATF has now stated their tracing system was never designed
to collect statistics. Typically ATF, the agency used information it claimed to
have gathered from Project Gunrunner to release what turned out to be bad
information.
Project Gunrunner also
called "Operation Fast and Furious," have come under scrutiny with
investigations headed by Sen. Grassley, R-Iowa, and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif.
Obama said in an interview with a Spanish-language television station “someone
must take the fall”. (wonder who that someone is?) "There may be a
situation here in which a serious mistake was made. If that's the case, then
we'll find out and we'll hold someone accountable," (yea right).
The then ATF director
Kenneth Melson told Issa in a secret emergency meeting on July 4 when he first
learned about Border Agent Terry's murder Quote, "I was sick to my
stomach." Melson told Issa, that those who ran Project Gunrunner at the
ATF, were reassigned, but didn’t know the reason for the reassignments. (It’s
called C.Y.A.) Issa has sent a letter accusing the Justice Department, including
Eric Holder, of obstructing this investigation. It seams that the DOJ sent over
false denials and buried its head in the sand," Issa wrote. "That
approach distorted the truth and obstructed our investigation."
In testimony before Issa's
committee several days ago, Holder stated under oath that he only learned about
the gunrunning project "in the last few weeks." That my friends is a
lie. I found a 2009 speech by Holder on the Department of Justice's
own website in which Holder boasts about "Project Gunrunner." Stated Holder in 2009: "Last week, our administration
launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is
committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to
supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner.
The Mexican
drug-trafficking gang responsible for purchasing a CIA jet that crashed with
four tons of cocaine on board in 2007, has told the U.S. District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois that he has been working as a U.S. (Government
Agent) for years. Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla, is the boss of the Sinaloa
drug-trafficking organization. Niebla was arrested in Mexico in March 2009 and
extradited to the United States to stand trial in February. “Didn’t know that
did you”
“The indictment pending against Niebla claims he served as the “logistical
coordinator” for the “cartel,” helping to oversee an operation that imported
tons of cocaine into the U.S. “not ounces, or pounds, but TONS of cocaine”
using Boeing 747 aircraft, buses, rail cars, tractor trailers, and
automobiles.” My friends in the Police business risk their lives every day
trying to get this stuff off the streets of Madison and this Government allows
this Cartel to bring in tons of drugs into the US? By the way, Niebla was
allowed to bring in these drugs if he would rat out other Cartels in Mexico.
Pleadings in the U.S. District Court of Illinois, Niebla claimed that he was
working with the knowledge of, “The U.S. Department of Justice, (DOJ) Drug
Enforcement Administration (DEA) the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE),” since January 2008. Niebla is also connected to the Gulfstream II jet
that wrecked with four tons of cocaine on board on September 24, 2007.
European, “not USA investigators” linked the plane’s tail number, N987SA, to
CIA operations. The bill of sale for the Gulfstream jet, listed the name of
Greg Smith, a pilot who worked for the FBI, DEA and the CIA.
The plane was purchased by Niebla’s Sinaloa’s drug-trafficking organization
through Colombian drug-traffickers that included Nelson Urrego, a CIA agent.
“The Gulfstream II jet, according to Mexican authorities, was among a number of
aircraft acquired by the Sinaloa drug organization by using an elaborate money
laundering scheme involving a chain of Mexican casa de cambios (currency
exchange houses) overseen by the Sinaloa organization operative Pedro Damy,
according to Mexican government and few U.S. media reports.
Sinaloa bought the jet by wiring money through Wachovia Bank, now Wells Fargo.
$13 million dollars went through several bank accounts at Wachovia for the
purchase of this aircraft to be used in delivering narcotics. From this
aircraft, more than 20,000 kilograms of cocaine were seized,” Wachovia was
forced to pay a penalty of $160 million dollars for allowing the money to be
laundered through its bank accounts. With that said, Wells Fargo/Wachovia are
not the only banks invested in drugs.
American Express Bank International paid fines in 1994 and 2007
after admitting it had failed to spot and report drug dealers laundering money
through its accounts. Drug traffickers used accounts at Bank of America in
Oklahoma City to buy three planes that carried 10 tons of cocaine, according to
Mexican court filings. Federal agents caught some who work for Mexican cartels
depositing illicit funds in Bank of America accounts in Atlanta, Chicago and
Brownsville, Texas, from 2002 to 2009. Mexican drug dealers used shell
companies to open accounts at HSBC Holdings Plc, Europe's largest bank by
assets, an investigation by the Mexican Finance Ministry found. Therefore, the cases pending against
trafficker Urrego, accused money-launderer Damy and Sinaloa, Zambada Niebla,
connect through the Gulfstream II CIA cocaine jet.
In addition to smuggling narcotics into the United States, Niebla is also
accused of obtaining weapons from the U.S. with the intent to use them in
Mexico. The Obama administration has cited the flow of guns from the U.S. into
Mexico as an excuse with which to attack the second amendment rights of
Americans, it was recently revealed that the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) deliberately allowed guns to be smuggled from
the U.S. into the hands of Mexican drug lords under “Operation Fast and
Furious”. President Obama along with Eric Holder have denied they had any
knowledge of the program. “again, I know nothing, hear nothing, see nothing”
Though all leads that I have found, point directly to Obama and Holder.
Niebla’s accusations that he smuggled drugs from Mexico into the United States
while working for the U.S. government confirms the CIA and U.S. Banking biggies
are big players in the global drug trade worth hundreds of billions of dollars
a year, information made public by Gary Webb, who committed suicide in 2004
with two gunshot wounds to the head. “I can only assume the first gunshot in
the head didn’t work? “That has got to hurt.” Mr. Webb had complained of death threats and “government
people” stalking his home in the previous weeks. “Where have I heard that before”
Drugs My Friends, Will
Never Go Away
While working for a major
engine company with factories in Mexico, I met a journalist in El Paso who
worked in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, spending several years investigating the drug
racket in Mexico. The guy made some very interesting points. I was told that ten percent of Mexico’s gross
national income came from drugs. If he’s correct, the Mexican government can’t
afford to shut down the drug trade. (Correction! Today 08-13-2011 as I first
wrote this note, I was informed by this same journalist that a full one third
of Mexico’s gross national product now comes from drugs.)
The view in the United
States is that, the Mexican problem is bribery and corruption. If we could only
get Mexican officials to be honest, the drug trade would die out, right? But,
the reporter pointed out, no government will ever shut down 1/3rd of its
economy. Especially in a country that has, no economy. He pointed out that in
many villages, most income comes from growing drugs. Farmers get 70 pesos a day
by growing corn, a farmer can get 170 pesos a day by growing marijuana or
poppies. It lets them live decently, which only matters if you’re the one who
doesn’t. Most Latinos think, that drugs are an American problem. If the gringos
don’t want to use drugs, they wont buy them.
In the States, we talk
about drugs, but do little. Why? Well, if you look at the amounts of money
involved, you can easily conclude that some people in society are making out
like bandits (see our banks above). I’m not sure who gets it yet, but I will.
Yet, a cynic such as myself, might suspect somebody is getting paid off. People
have prices. Drug dealers have the money. What would it take to make a serious
attack on drugs in the US? It would take an assault on the black ghetto, where
most drugs are sold. That of course is politically incorrect and would cause
anarchy. It would also mean jailing large numbers of whites that use these
drugs. This action is also politically incorrect. Legalization of drugs is easy
to talk about, California and others tried to legalize pot, but now find
themselves under attack by the Feds. Politicians on the take, do not want to
see the cash flow dry up. Drugs are worth far more being illegal than legal. There is still enough public
hostility to drugs in the US, to make legalization a dead end. Those who profit
from drugs have the resources to overcome any and all attempts at legalization.
The question becomes: Who
really cares about drugs? The answer seems to be: Not many. Yes, parents don’t
like drugs, but they don’t want the schools militarized, and heavy penalties
applied might end up on their own kids. The effects of drugs on kids are bad,
but most survive, and everyone thinks it’s someone else’s problem. Parents from
the Sixties aren’t really horrified. They’ve been there, done that. It seems to
me that the anti-drug effort has had a weird feel to it. We throw a lot of
young men in prison on drug charges, largely because they’re mostly dumb and
easy enough to catch. At least our Madison County Drug guys make it seem so.
However, the efforts we do make against drugs don’t make a dent in the problem.
The effects of law-enforcement are easily measured by checking the availability
and price of drugs on the street. Drugs are still cheap, and easy to get. The
war on drugs really is a joke. Hundreds of billions if not trillions of dollars
have been spent the last fifty years on this so-called war on drugs. Yet, drugs
are still available and easy to get, absolutely nothing has changed.
I believe that drugs have
become an accepted part of our economy. Nobody really expects it to stop. I
believe Politicians are involved somewhat. Some nations depend on drugs for the
well being of their citizens. Many parents don’t care much. High-schools look
the other way, Police departments inherit huge quantities of drug monies and
equipment for their coffers.
Alas! Drugs do provide work
for Police and for people like myself that like to snoop around, and write
stuff.
I guess we’re all in it together?
